A great opportunity for the right Doctor of Chiropractic

Here are some pictures of this fantastic opportunity for some Doctor. This Practice was completely renovated. The amount of work put into this is staggering. The office was originally a home in a great location on Main street in Weiser Idaho. Just about everything was tore out and replaced except for the framing and the subfloor, exterior siding and foundation. Completely new roof, shingles, windows, sheetrock, paint, flooring, wiring, outlets, insulation, front and rear deck, fixtures, blinds etc. etc. Only the best materials were used in this project. there is also a basement which is used for storage.

A view of the back parking area. Usually this is just staff parking.
The main Adjusting room. Hill Laboratories Hi/ Low table.  Erchonia Laser and stand. Erchonia Adjuster and Erchonia Percussor and stand. Standard process test kit and oak display. Sot Blocks. Professional Scale and much more just in this room alone.

This is truly a turn key practice. Everything you need to operate and run a successful practice.  The practice has been open since Setember 2008. I had originally ran this practice for two days a week and my other office was in Fruitland. With in a few months we were collecting 8-10k per month, only open two days a week. Another Doctor came in January of 2009. He is in my Fruitland practice and out in Weiser 2 1/2 days a week. He also has interest in another practice with his brother. What this practice needs is a commited full time Doctor and I really think it will take off. For more information about the town of Weiser go to http://www.weiserchamber.com or if you are an outdoor enthusiest go to my blog showing some of the hunting opportunites in this area www.theeverlastinghills.blogspot.com. The asking price of the building and all of the equipment and practice is $225k. I may be open to financing for a short period with a baloon payment but I will need a large amount down.
